NEW - GENTLE TEEN YOGA IN JULY!
(Ages 11-16)

This calming yoga class is designed to support the emotional and physical well-being of teens and pre-teens.
Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, moments of stillness and healing sound, students will learn tools to manage stress, improve focus, and connect with their bodies in a positive way.
Each class offers a safe, supportive space to unwind, recharge, and build healthy habits for both mind and body.
No experience needed—just wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat. Perfect for teens looking to slow down, tune in, and feel more balanced.
Class Details:
Tuesday’s 7:30pm-8:30pm
July 8th - 29th, 2025 (4 week series)
$120 + GST total ($30/week)
