A Mini Retreat for Self-Celebration & Inner Expansion

You are invited to a guided evening of reconnection, renewal, and self-celebration.

In a world that asks so much of us, this mini retreat offers you the space to soften, reset your nervous system, and come back to your center in community. Through embodiment practices, subconscious healing, and intentional rest, you'll move from tension to trust—guided gently every step of the way.

Whether you're feeling stretched thin, seeking clarity, or simply craving time to be without external noise, this experience is an invitation to come as you are, and leave feeling nourished, grounded, and deeply honoured.

Herbal tea and light nourishing snacks will be offered following the sauna to support your integration and ease you into your evening.

Bring a journal, swimsuit, a water bottle, yoga mat, blanket or any other props to make you feel comfortable.

Your Guides:

Elena Endter is the founder of Cove to Sky, a Certified Life & Career Coach, mindfulness facilitator, and yoga teacher. With a background in corporate advisory, she now supports individuals and organizations in cultivating emotional resilience, clarity, and purposeful living. Elena is passionate about creating grounded, heart-centered spaces that foster connection, self-trust, and a calm presence that invites reflection and authentic growth.

Lauren Best is a Certified Hypnotherapist and the Founder of Possibilities Universe. She supports individuals, organizations and communities using intentionally designed tools and experiences that unlock possibility within a world of self-discovery, celebration, curiosity & imperfection. Lauren holds a warm and welcoming space that encourages curiosity, speculation and expression.

What to Expect:

  • Opening circle and intention setting with intuitive card pulls

  • Gentle yoga to cultivate self-love, open the heart, and deepen embodied awareness — through breath, soft movement, and inner connection

  • Hypnosis and visualization to release limitations, invite joy, and strengthen your mind-body-heart-intuition connection

  • Guided journaling to integrate insight, honour your inner voice, and anchor the experience with intention

  • Sauna & cold plunge for nervous system reset and vitality

  • Breath and movement to center into the body

  • Closing circle, tea, and shared reflection
